Home Warranty
We had a lot of trouble with the company. They failed to notify us that her policy was about to lapse. It had lapsed several months prior before they bothered to contact us so we had to scurry and find another company. Luckily in those three months that her home was uninsured, we did not have a fire or anything. We were very unhappy with them. It took four phone calls and a lot of arguing; they refused to help us to reinstate it. It was an ugly situation.
