"According to our records we only cut her yard once. It was a double cut because it was so tall.. According to the original communications with the home owner, the mow service was set up on an as needed basis unless otherwise notified. We were never contacted after the initial mow."

We then contacted our licensed master plumber for replacement of his backflow device multiple times, but due to their work load and lack of man power at the time, they couldn't get Mr. White fit in, in a timely fashion. Unfortunately, they were not keeping us informed. This is an isolated incident and the client was contacted multiple times to work out a solution, but we have not received any return phone calls. We had no luck in communicating with the client to come to a satisfactory outcome, after the fact."
"This client was a first time customer who requested a sprinkler start up and estimate for repairs. The general manager was sent to perform the free estimate and start, which is a fee of $80 for the start-up. The estimate was given to [member name removed] for upgrade/repairs to sprinkler system. We never heard that anything was wrong until the client received a letter from St. Louis County Public Works for a failure to test the backflow. She was upset we didn't test the backflow, but we explained to her that it was not requested at the time the manager went out to the property. A backflow test would have been an additional $80. We asked to schedule a backflow test, but [member name removed] declined and never contacted us for the repairs to the system. We had no knowledge that there was a problem until we received the bad review. [member name removed] was given a follow-up phone call on the matter to try and work out a resolution, but she is unwilling to cooperate."
