It went very well! Mike came to our home multiple times to ensure we fully understood the damages, and how they'd repair our home. Mike was extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable! He even took care of working with the insurance company. We greatly appreciate the time Mike & the company took to be sure things were done accurately, and in a timely manner. We are pleased with the work!We certainly recommend Mike and All Trades Restoration Services for work, inside and outside, you need done!

All Trades performed the roof replacement in a reasonable amount of time and I cannot complain about the quality of that work. It was done well. It's obvious they specialize in this area. However, they subcontracted the gutter and aluminum trim work. The first team that came out did an extremely shoddy job and had to come out 3 times to attempt to make it right. In the end, All Trades had to hire another subcontractor to come out and completely re-do the work done by the first team. The re-do work took another 3 visit (at least) to make everything right. I had to send multiple emails and pictures to get everything to look as good as it did BEFORE the repairs were done. They were slow to respond and only a couple of times came out to the house on the date they promised - and they never called to let us know they wouldn't make it out and when they planned to come out next. Summary - All Trades does roofing well, but anything else is a gamble.

Initial contact with sales representative were great however customer service and work performed were poor. Contract was signed 2 months ago and only roof has been completed. Constantly being promised dates of completion that is never been completed at the dates promised. Constant excuses on why work is not being performed. Contract states they will protect your property however have had to clean up after crews every time they have performed work so my son is not injured, in addition to my property not being further damaged. No contact from project managers as to why things are not completed unless I call and ask.

Initial contact was good.  Sales person seemed knowledgeable and friendly.  I placed the contract in September.  My gutters were replaced after some delays.  And after another 5 month delay, all the paperwork, including lien wavers, were received.  The actual work went wonderfully.  The sales and administrative end of the business seemed disorganized.
