The first time he was here, he did a good job, which was in 2006. When he was here yesterday, he asked to move a valuable chandelier which was laying on towels on the floor, waiting to be installed. I expressed concerns and did not want him to move it, but he did anyway. In the process, it was broken in to a number of pieces. Since he had previously indicated he was bonded and insured, I called and spoke with him today , however, he informed me he was not going to pay for it. He was willing to clean the rest of my windows for free, but at this point, I don't want him to do any further work for me. I felt that his demeanor was too pushy, and since he did not listen to me, the chandelier ended up being broken.

Within a week we had soap scum all over our windows because he used soap. He used the soap on the screens as well, which now they look horrible. I now need to get someone else to clean them all over again.
