Sid was supposed to call me back the next day after he spoke with the technician who had oiled the track with a liquid silicon solution which soaked through the belts rendering the treadmill inoperable. I waited for someone to return on September 1st and no one called or showed. I have called several times and no one is returning my messages. The original equipment manufacturer has given me a price to replace the belts, I need All Brands Fitness Repair LLC to call me back to pay for the replacement and clean up. I have had a good experience with Angie's List in the past prior to using this company.
