Every contact with this company has been positive, from a phone call to schedule services all the way through a visit from the owner to assess an unusual service request. They did a full installation of a new furnace and AC for me, and I will go back to the. Without hesitation for future needs.

Have been pleased with all of their service. Technicians seem very competent, only recommend repairs when needed, make suggestions on improving operation.

They came quickly when we returned home from vacation, and sold us a new HVAC system.  Then, the manager called and said we were misquoted the price--it was a new guy.  Sorry, but a bid is a bid, and it wasn't that far off.  When they removed the old furnace, they stained the carpeting and only partially cleaned it.  We had carpet cleaners come to do the rest.  The installation of vents through the foundation caused plumbing issues because the vents hit the pipes and dislodged them.  They attempted to fix it, but since the guy really didn't know what he was doing, we didn't want to deal with them again and simply stopped using that shower until we remodeled 6 months later.  They didn't use curved intake and exhaust pipes going outside even though I thought they should and asked about it, but installed them parallel and in close proximity.  This past Dec., we had a scare with carbon monoxide, and the gas co. said it should have been vented differently to prevent this, just like I had asked about!  Now, the blower stopped working on the furnace, so we have to pay to have someone look at the warrantied part.  We will never use them again.

We have been using All Air for over 30 years, so obviously have be pleased with their service and integrity.

We've used All Air Systems for years. I would rate them very highly. They offer a membership kind of thing so if we do have an emergency, they put us ahead of the list. We've used them for probably 15 years and they've been very, very reliable. I remember at one point, I was traveling in my car from California to St. Louise and my husband was here for the Summer and the upstairs had a glitch in it and it was too hot. I called them and arranged to have a key left for the house, they came in, fixed it and my husband was able to go to sleep that night. It's a long-distance that they have responded. They have been very good. Their pricing has been consistent with the other ones I've checked.

They send us reminder cards and you can schedule by zip code. They also have a Comfort Club which includes a fall and spring check-up.

Nick was very professional, personable, and attended to all the details of a thorough clean and check of our AC.

They always do a great job. All of the service men have been nice and friendly.

Overall, I had the best experience with this company.  My air conditioner quit on the weekend so I called for emergency service.  The technician came out quickly and told me what the problem was.  He was not able to make the repair at that time because a part had to be ordered.  The office followed up with me Monday morning to let me know my part had been ordered and they would be able to come back later that day to install it.  That afternoon, the tech was there to install the part and clean the air conditioner.  In no time, I was up and running smoothly.  I really appreciated how quickly they dealt with my problem.  I would highly recommend this company.

Very professional technicians, well trained in both technology and customer service.  Trust worthy.  All Air Systems will have our business going forward.  We refer and recommend them readily.  Their Comfort Club membership is worth every penny, and the checkup gave us peace of mind for the season.

Good Company and have had an overall positive experience over 10 plus years

Some of the service calls resulted in fixing the same thing more than once with a duplicate charge. I believe the problems were addressed but not the cause, thus costing me an inordinate amount of money for an AC system that was only 7 years old and an 11 year old furnace. This company (under prior ownership) installed the AC 7 years ago. The result of my frustration was the decision to replace both the AC and the furnace. Although I got a bid from this company, I decided that I couldn't deal with this company again after my previous experience with what I deem poor repairs that didn't stay fixed.

We have been very happy with the service this company has given us in the past. They are always here when they say they are coming, and they clean up very well when they are done. Our systems have been working very well since hiring them and we don t mind recommending them to others.
