Plumbing
USED COMPANY BECAUSE OF DEAL THEY HAVE WITH OUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. NOT PARTICULARLY IMPRESSED. FIRST GUY THAT CAME OUT DIDN'T FIX PROBLEM AND ACTUALLY MADE IT WORSE BECAUSE HE USED THE WRONG PARTS TO FIX THE TOILETS. HAD ANOTHER WORKER COME OUT 2 MORE TIMES TO REPLACE THE PARTS BUT THAT STILL DIDN'T TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM. HE WAS AS EXASPERATED WITH THE PROBLEM AS WE WERE AND OFFERED TO ORDER PARTS FROM THE MANUFACTURER TO FIX THINGS. HE WAS ABLE TO MAKE SOME ADJUSTMENTS THAT SEEMED TO TAKE CARE OF THE PROBLEM.
