Horrible. Originally, contractor (Name Removed) charged $5,065.76 on my American Express Credit Card on 5/10/24 to start the project. 5/21/24, he received $20,994.50 from my escrow account to start the project. 5/31/2024, he needed $505.00 to get supplies that afternoon since he didn't have cash on him. 6/10/24, he needed $7,974.76 so he can concentrate on the project and complete the project in less than 30 days. (total= $34,540.02). Unbeknownst to me, he used my credit card to make charges I did not authorized nor was I aware of them. He also opened a business card in my name and made purchases unrelated to my project and without my knowledge for 2 months before the business card was maxed out. Charges included personal truck rental ($1,300 a month), gas ($2,231.38), food ($944.14), legal consultation ($1,405.98), purchases at general stores (Kohl's, Target, Dollar General = $1,116.48), Air B&B/Hotel ($2,060.87), Misc for kids ($952.41), Physical out of state transaction (trip = $611.12), interest and late fees on business card I was unaware of ($1,476.19), work supplies unrelated to my house project ($17,730.83), and other charges which cam to a total of $76,295.40.

Servicer did not show up for first appointment. Was usually late and would need to leave because he would forget tools he should have known he would need, as he had to come back on multiple occasions. Was not very professional with timeliness or communication. We were never sure when he was going to show up. He did not give us a good idea of how much the job was going to be until we got the sticker shock. To make things worse, he still did not fix the issue and now we are having to hire someone else to come and fix his work. If I had known it was going to cost that much and take that long, we would definitely have hired someone else.

I couldn't be more grateful. Nick is the absolute best. He'll be getting the call for any other plumbing, electric, or HVAC needs we have.

Nick got the job done. Quality of work is very good. Very responsive, quick turnaround, and a great value.

They are not professional.

He was polite, quick to review the issue and provided solutions. Was not pressuring or trying to fix items not necessarily needed Very quick, clear on issue and install new faucet in a jiffy. We will be using this company again for other items (electrical, HVAC) as needed

The project was submitted on December 27th. A visit by Nick was on the 28th to bid the project that included materials. The bid was accepted because the crew was slow and the job was less than a days work so could knock it out quickly. On the 29th Nick stopped by to collect the deposit and make a materials list for the project to start on the 29th. Without all the details visited the house four times. The first three times worked 2-3 hours then the final day was about 7 hours upon completion January 7th. There was a minor leak after completion discovered after doing a pressure test of the shower that as of January 15th was not fixed so completed myself. Upon each visit the time shared for arrival was at least a couple hours later at best and twice just did not show up. Rather than gaining a couple days of my labor lost two weeks on the project. Would not recommend this plumber.

They showed up promptly to an emergency with a broken shut off valve. I was so greatfull that I found a reliable plumber to resolve this leak with short notice. The value was excellent and I will be using the em again. They provided us with documentation and a warranty. Iâ ll be recommending them in the future to everyone I know.

We called them in for an emergency repair and installation. They were extreamly professional. The crew was neat,clean and respectful. Everything about them from signing the contract to full completion was excellent. I would proudly recommend them to all.

I had a plumbing emergency and Nick was there and had it sorted out within an hour. Definitely high marks for response time.

The most straightforward professional plumber I have ever done business with. He will be getting two more additional projects from me and a new bathroom in 6 months.
