AFFORDABLE HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

After awaking to horrible noise from the furnace, I contacted Affordable to see if they could come out. After Joe called back, we scheduled an appointment for the very same morning. I had previously scheduled work appointments, so my wife came home from work to be there for the worker. She called later to tell me what he did and that he gave her an invoice for over $800, which she paid. When I got home and looked at the bill, I immediately called Joe. After much arguing and denial, he agreed we were overcharged and said he'd call the next day after he has more time to review the invoice. The next day he called with a lame offer to discount the bill $100. We finally came to an agreement for approximately $200 off of the invoice. I felt they took advantage of my wife being the one at home.
