They strictly provide on-site service as they do not operate from a store front. They can typically provide same-day repair service, a lot of times within a couple hours of your call.
We also don't charge a travel charge like other places. Top-notch technicians, charge competitive labor rates, and provide top quality products and service that can't be beat !!!
The Techs are very friendly and efficient, I would never go anywhere else ever !!!

Everytime he left we were able to use the program more efficently and had been taught skills that enabled us to "trouble shoot" more effectively. I am not very good with computers,so I probably needed more support than average.Sometimes I would call about a problem in the morning and Brian would be there in the afternoon to solve my problem My husband is having some "senior memory problems",so I have had to assume a more active role in the daily running of the business.I feel that I can trust the Affordable Computer team to be honest and dependable in keeping our computer up and running smoothly.

Computer was locking up and was also giving me unwanted tool-bars and things that I could not delete.
Affordable Computers were here the day after I called, and they were on time. They had to take my PC to the shop for repair/cleaning of virus and infections. They installed/updated spyware, downloaded all the available updates and optimized the boot time. I had my computer back the next day and it has been working well ever since. I would definitely recommend this company. Everyone was very professional and courteous.

They came and picked up our computer. They did not call us back with an estimate. When I called they asked me if I had the installation CD to re install Windows. They called me back Friday and said it would be done maybe that day or Monday. He then gave me quote of $250 which was fine. My computer was returned and re connected it. He asked me if there was anything else I needed and I said no. My wife logged onto the computer a few days later and none of our programs are coming up. I wouldn't use them again due to their lack of communication and not mentioning we wouldn't be able to pull those programs up again. The final cost was $188 which was fine but there was some combination problems as well with the price. Nice guys but poor communication.

"WE CALLED THE CUSTOMER AT LEAST 5 OR 6 TIMES AND KEPT HIM UP-TO-DATE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. WE EVEN WENT OUT OF OUR WAY TO TRACK DOWN RECOVERY DISKS FOR THE CUSTOMER'S COMPUTER SINCE HE COULDN'T FIND HIS. THAT ALONE TOOK 3 DAYS, AND THE CUSTOMER TOLD US HE WAS IN NO HURRY. WE HAD HIS PC IN OUR SHOP FOR A TOTAL OF 5 BUSINESS DAYS. AS FAR AS HIS PROGRAMS NOT BEING ON THE COMPUTER WHEN WE RETURNED IT, WE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO THE CUSTOMER ON THE PHONE AND AGAIN AT TIME OF DELIVERY, BUT HE SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF LOADING PROGRAMS HIMSELF. WE DID, HOWEVER, BACKUP ALL OF HIS DATA AND RESTORED IT AFTER THE FACTORY RESTORE. THE CUSTOMER IS NOT COMPUTER SAVVY AND IS GIVING US A BAD RATING FOR HIS LACK OF KNOWLEDGE. WE EVEN TALKED TO THE CUSTOMER AFTER THE REPAIR AND RE-EXPLAINED EVERYTHING, BUT HE JUST CAN'T COMPREHEND THE FACT THAT PERFORMING A FACTORY RESTORE MEANS JUST THAT...OUR PAST RECORD ON ANGIE'S LIST AND THE BBB SPEAKS FOR ITSELF. WE GO OUT OF OUR WAY TO EXPLAIN EVERY ASPECT OF THE REPAIR EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, AND WE ARE THE MOST AFFORDABLE SERVICE COMPANY AROUND THAT PROVIDES ON-SITE SERVICE AT NO EXTRA CHARGE."

They quoted us a price over the phone, then came and picked up our computer and returned it in a day or so. They removed all viruses and spyware and they added some anti-spyware, anti-virus protection to our computer. They charged us the same amount they quoted us over the phone. There were no extra charges for picking up our computer and returning it.

They came promptly when they said they would. They were professional, got right to work, and fixed the problem.
