He worked with us patiently as we had to arrange funds to pay this major expense. We patiently waited on him to complete previous jobs he was hired to do as the weather wasn't cooperating at all. He kept us notified by phone contact of his progress and where that put us on a start date. July 15, 2013 the project was started. They entire crew was very professional, worked hard, and completed the job in 2 days. While we were at work for part of the first day, neighbors commented on how busy the team was and appeared to not waste time, take long breaks, or play around.  The job took on an extra expense as significant amounts of plywood under the shingles needed to be replaced. Joists had to be reinforced as well. A sun room on the back of the house needed a different type of roofing material than what previous owners had put on it.  All of this was mentioned during his visit when giving the estimate, so we had a very good idea of what the add'l costs could be.  Our house looks beautiful and we have gotten many many positive comments and inquiries as to who we hired.  We are very happy and would be willing to keep his business sign in our front yard all the time.  We asked for a stack of his business cards and hand them out to everyone who mentions roofs!



 In the past, we have had some really bad luck with major home repairs and the people hired to do the work.  Advantage Roofing was the best choice we ever made. The owner( Abby) is very knowledgeable, very professional, and a very hard worker. We will use him in the future for all projects that his company can perform.
