First, he said there was a possibility we might need a more expensive higher
pressure fan than usual---and even though I authorized the extra expense, he ran some tests there to show it wasn?t necessary and didn?t charge the higher price.
Second, he had a hard time finding an electrical source for the radon system, and it took him hours to
open ceiling panels and connect into wiring. In both cases, he was cheerful about it but could easily have made the problem my problem.
Beyond that, Mark was friendly and a joy to speak with, giving me a lot of helpful advice about the upcoming renovations more generally.
