THE WORK STARTED WELL. THE SALESPERSON WERE HELPFUL AND THE WORK BEGAN IN A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME. AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE PROBLEMS WERE NOTICED. FIRST THE GUTTERS WERE THE WRONG SIZE. THEY WERE REPLACED WITHOUT A PROBLEM. THEN, LAST FALL THE LEAKING THAT STARTED THE WHOLE PROCESS RETURNED AND THE COMPANY WAS BROUGHT BACK. THEY NOTICED A LARGE SECTION OF THE ROOF HAD NEVER BEEN REPLACED AND THEY CONTRACTED ANOTHER COMPANY TO FINISH THE WORK. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE COMPLETED BEFORE NOVEMBER OF 2004 BUT DID NOT TAKE PLACE UNTIL AFTER THE NEW YEAR. THE INTERNAL DAMAGE WAS ADMITTED AS A RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANY BUT AFTER REPEATED CALLS I GAVE UP.

"we are unaware of this problem and will love to address this issue, we had a 2nd branch office at that time in 2003-2004 will have been address issues due to the closeing of that office due the mangers and employees customer service we will like to apologize for any problems due to this Please contact us so we can settle the bad experience you and anyother customers have had with this office.
