They were honest and professional. We will definitely call them again. They spent a 3 visits and a lot of time to fix the problem. Initially we called them to come and do a seasonal check of the airconditioner, and we mentioned that it seemed to be running a lot. They spent a lot of time cleaning it outside, and then cheking the ductwork, airflow, etc. They explained everything as they went along. It wasn't hot at that time, so the temperature seemed to be good. Their charge was reasonable and they honored the Angie's list discount, and stated that they guaranteed their work. When we started using the airconditioner we noticed it running a lot again, so we called them, and they came out promptly. They didn't charge another service call, checked everything again, and diagnosed the problem after finding the new thermostat, installed a few months earlier by another firm, was now malfunctioning because it was installed incorrectly. They then ordered us a new thermostat to fit out furnace and returned in 2 days to install. They did not charge us a service fee to put the new thermostat in, only for the part. I think they struggled with our problem at first, but they spent a lot of time working on finding a solution. We spent $300 previously for a new thermostat and service call in the Winter by the other company, who did not spend near the time these people did in trying to right their wrong.

I was not able to locate anyone to service my washer where I live, my friend told me to call a guy she had used in the past; but she was not sure if they would come this far out. I gave them a call and the technician that called me back told me that the company did not normally service my area, he recommended that I try to locate someone online (which I had already done to no avail). I explained this and he told me if I could wait a day or so he would give me a call and stop buy on his way to Annapolis Missouri. I was glad to wait, he told me the truth about maybe having to wait if I needed a part that he did not have with him, but he would do his best; and he did (he had both parts). After my washer was fixed he asked me if it was always that hard to find someone to work on equipment in my area, I told him it seems like it. I explained that I even tried AngiesList and there just was not anyone listed in my area, I guess because its a small town from no where. I ask him if it would be a problem to clean my a/c while he was out and he was glad to help. He told me that his company had just recently joined AngiesList, and now I see why; but I could not locate them at the time of service; it doesn't really matter they don't service my area normally anyhow. I did want to give them a great review though, I was not able to find them on the website but I am new at this stuff so I just put them up as a new company. I would tell anyone that needs a service company to give them a call, it is so hard to find good companies and I wish I had one like this in my town.
