Great customer service, satisfied with outcome

I have hired ABS Home Services twice on separate occasions to service my washer (the second repair was not related to the first repair, it is a 20 year old washer). After fixing the first problem with the washer I didn't hesitate to call again when the washer needed a different repair and part some months later. Very efficient and nice handyman.

Brendan was on time and came in and addressed the problem of our refrigerator. He showed me what it was a small fan that stopped working. He went got another came back hooked it up and took about 2 hrs tops and bee working good. Will use in future for any of appliance problems.

Brendan was fantastic! Knowledgeable, prompt, friendly and respectful. He repaired my old Tappan oven and the ice maker on my older fridge. I will definitely contact him in the future when I'm in need of an appliance repair. Would highly recommend!

Brandon was very nice

the repairman arrived on time. He was professional and courteous. The repairs would have exceeded the value of the unit so he gave us recommendations on moving forward. He charged us for a service call only.

Brendan determined what it was that caused my small appliance to fail in the first place. He made that correction & then installed the replacement. I'm good to go for the life of the appliance! Will be having ABS back for work in the future.
