Able Locksmith was prompt and very competent. The locksmith was very casually attired, but friendly, and came in a well-equipped truck. I was satisfied with the experience and would hire this company again.

Very good work. A little disappointed that he didn't have enough of the regular locks on his truck. He had to put a different kind of lock on the door to the garage that requires us to keep a key in the door.

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. FIRST VAN SHOWED UP 20 MINUTES LATER THAN ESTIMATED. HE DIDN'T HAVE THE PROPER EQUIPMENT AND WASTED 30 MINUTES TRYING TO PICK THE LOCK. HE HAD TO CALL A SECOND VAN WHICH TOOK ANOTHER 40 MINUTES TO GET THERE. THE SECOND GUY WAS QUICK AND POLITE AND DIDN'T CHARGE FOR THE FIRST GUY'S PROBLEMS.

THE LOCKSMITH ARRIVED WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF THE ARRANGED MEETING. THIS COMPANY CERTAINLY WAS COMPETITIVE IN TERMS OF PRICES WITH THE 6 OTHER LOCAL COMPANIES I CALLED. THE WHOLE PROCESS TOOK ONLY 15 MINUTES. THE LOCKSMITH WAS EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND LIKEABLE.
