"We installed that roof with TPO to manufacturers specifications. There were no issues with the roof after the install. A tornado came through St. Louis and blew part of the roof off. We received the emergency call from the home owner and we dispatched our service tech. Our service tech was on [removed member name]'s roof at 11:00 pm while tornado sirens where going off installing a tarp to mitigate damage. While our service tech was on the roof [removed member name]'s husband came outside, climbed on the roof and proceeded to video tape our service tech. Then, her husband threatened to beat him up (what a hoosier). That's when our service tech climbed down the ladder and called the police. The police arrived on the scene and almost arrested [removed member name]'s husband. The police said that IF [removed member name]'s husband stayed inside then our service tech would finish tarping the roof...[removed member name] begged our service tech to finish installed the tarp...so he did. We did not charge for this tarp. The fact that part of the roof blew off was an "act of god". [removed member name], you need to file an insurance claim since it was storm damaged and call another roofer to repair it. The grounds were not left dirty, no butts were found on the ground. We did have to stop the roof install halfway through the process so the tuckpointer could tuckpoint the parapet walls....[removed member name] doesn't understand construction. [removed member name], we told you over and over....we cannot install the roof while the tuckpointer is there tuckpointing. And yes, the first time our service tech responded to the service call he brought a 32' ladder (which is the most common ladder in the industry) when in fact he needed his 40" (which we keep at our shop).....[removed member name], that happens sometimes."
