I've been taking my car there for the past 12 years and I LOVE these guys!! The last time was for a check up and they never pushed me to get the repairs done immediately! They gave me a prioritized list absolutely pressure free!

I knew it would be pricey, but had to be done with the summer months coming up. They did all the work during the scheduled appointment and the A/C cranks out cold air now.

The radiator was leaking badly. They fixed it during the scheduled appointment and there have been no issues since. A to Z has been working on my cars for for 8 years and they are pros, they always seem to fix it right the first time. I will continue to use them.

I trust them impeccable to give me the right diagnosis on the issues. They will take care of the issues in a fair and justifiable way. They are timely. They project services on what I might need in the future. If it's easier to do work now, they will propose that and let me make the decision because it could save me money in the future.

I brought my vehicle in for service because I was hearing noise coming from the front of the vehicle. An A-Z technician road with me in the car to determine what the cause might be. He determined that the noise was due to a bad front right bearing needing replacement and I was given a quote based on this. The front right bearing was replaced in a couple of hours, but after it was replaced and taken for another test drive by the technician, it was determined that I also needed to replace the front axle. The front axle was also causing some of the noise I was hearing. Since this replacement of the front axle was not originally quoted I was only charged for the part and not for additional service time.
My vehicle has over 160,000 miles on it and understandably needed some work. I saw the front right bearing which was replaced and it definitely needed it, so for A-Z to replace the front axle and only charge me for the part was above and beyond what I expected. I am very happy with the service provided and felt that I was treated very well.

We had an excellent experience at A to Z. Let me begin by saying that I am generally of the belief that I am going to get ripped off at the mechanic. I know I have been ripped off in the past, and I have never found a mechanic that I trusted before. I was very pleasantly surprised by our experience at A to Z in every possible way. We were treated with courtesy, given only the repairs needed, and the repairs were done much, much faster than I had even hoped for.
My husband's car stopped running abruptly. We weren't entirely sure what the problem was, as neither of us is particularly automotively inclined. We tried using jumper cables and boosting the battery, but it did not help at all. To put it simply, we needed help from a mechanic to even get the car out of the driveway to be repaired. We called A to Z because it is close to our home, they have a reputation for being able to get parts and do repairs on older model cars (this is a 1997), and a family member recently had a positive experience with them. When we called, the person we spoke with suggested it was probably the starter. He told us to bang on it and then try to start the car. I'm sure this sounds a little weird, but let me tell you--it worked.
We got the car started and drove it to the shop. A quick once over confirmed it was a faulty starter, and we were given an estimate that was right around the amount I expected it to be. One really surprising part of our visit was that the mechanic tested the battery, and then talked about the results with us. He said that even though the test showed that the battery output was somewhat low, he was not going to recommend a battery replacement at that time. Instead, he suggested that we keep an eye on the battery and have it replaced only if we began having problems with the battery performance. Personally, I had never before experienced a mechanic who told me not to have something repaired. Already, I would say that we had a very positive experience at A to Z, and the work hadn't even been done yet.
The best part though was the timeliness: we were told the car would be ready to go that same day, in approximately three hours. This was an excellent piece of news for us: being reduced to one car that day had already created substantial problems with travel to work and day care. The car was, in fact, repaired by the afternoon, and it has run fine ever since. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly the shop was able to get the needed parts for this older model car.
Finally, I want to say that all the people we dealt with at A to Z were unfailingly pleasant and polite. The men made jokes with us, and were very courteous to me and my husband. Also, while we were waiting for the estimate, I overheard one of the workers make an unusual phone call. Apparently a customer had left a bag with some items in it, including a textbook for one of the area schools. The store employee called the school to try to get a message to the customer and return his textbook and bag. This was certainly above and beyond the usual customer service.
In short, I was very surprised and pleased by the experience we had at A to Z. I will not hesitate to use them again.

Brought the car in when the clutch wouldn't disengage. The first attempt was replacement of the master/slave cylinders (which were leaking). That didn't fix it, so they pulled the transmission and discovered a busted clutch fork and a worn-out clutch.
The car was in the shop for 6 days, longer than I would have liked, that is the only reason I am not giving an A on and quot;Responsivenessand quot;. but Jeff (their transmission specialist) did a great job - the new clutch works beautifully.

They found the leak while the car was in for an oil change. A quick look at the floor of my garage confirmed it.

They took 2 days to do the work, which was perfectly fine with me. Everything went fine, the only odd thing was the price of the timing belt itself. In the written estimate we had received before they did the work, the belt was $50. On the final invoice, the price of the belt was $75. That seemed a little high to me, even factoring in their markup. When I asked about it, Larry replied that they had to use a different type of timing belt than they had planned on. I wasn't entirely satisfied with this explanation, since they knew exactly what kind of car I have beforehand. Overall, though, the price of the work seemed to be in line with what other shops charge.

They do excellent work! They are very reputable and straightforward. They do not put cheap parts on your car because you will be back. They use factory direct parts, only. The car was ready on time.
