Ronnie came to the house and needed to replace the deadbolts for the 3 exterior doors because of the way the old ones had been installed. He also discovered that the deadbolt on the front door had been drilled improperly and the deadbolt wasn't even locking. He installed the new door knob for the basement, but needed to order a special lock for the cabinets. He insisted that we not pay him until the job was complete. He left and came back about a week later and installed the locks on the cabinet. He was very professional, cleaned up his mess and was easy to work with. I highly recommend him.

We needed to replace all the locks on our rental property before the new tenant moved in. I had a very short time frame to do so. A-Plus was very flexible and accommodating to my schedule. When I had to call at the last minute to reschedule, they were cheerful and helpful, giving me the exact time I asked for.
The locksmith arrived at the beginning of the specified time window, calling me ahead of time to let me know he was on his way.
The work was done quickly and professionally. The locksmith was professional, and courteous. He cleaned up each worksite thoroughly, even chasing down a tiny screw that went rolling onto the porch. These were all exterior doors, and the outside temperature was 100 degrees, but he worked quickly and efficiently in the excessive heat.
For four deadbolt cylinders, 12 keys, and an hour's work in those conditions, I'd say the price was a bargain.
The new locks and keys all work well. The doors look great. No complaints. I would definitely use them again.

went great. locksmith explained alternatives and let me select the optimum solution to an immediate problem. Showed me a couple of tricks to make the installation process quick. I was able to install 2 deadbolts and 2 handles in less than an hour.
