All aspects went extremely well.  We had to allow time for our condo residents to consider Andrew's proposal, approve it and contribute towards purchase.  Although we were prepared to buy it new, Andrew was able to buy-back a recently installed ramp where the intended user had suddenly passed away, thus we were able to obtain a considerable discount for virtually new components.  Our residents are delighted.

Andrew, the owner of the company performed all the work himself. He is very professional, cordial, caring, knowledgeable and skilled. He was punctual on both appointments and cleaned up the work site thoroughly.

The experience and product are great. Andrew did an excellent job installing the lifts. He had a clean work site and my wife will be happy when she returns from the rehab center and can use the new lifts.

Went very well as always, I have used this company for five years now, and each time I have the same great service. Andrew is prompt, offers suggestions on what might work, as well as what won't work, and cleans up when finished. On the lift, he was even able to find a slightly used one that saved me thousands of dollars. If you have any mobility issues Andrew will help you out.

It went very well! Andrew was very professional and he had all the necessary information on hand. He was able to install the stair lift we wanted within a couple of days! Andrew came and installed the stair lift and he completed the installation in only a couple of hours. The work area on the stairs was clean. Andrew also showed me how the stair lift worked, left all the paperwork and left his card to call if we had any questions or needed anything! The price was very reasonable and we would recommend this company to anyone who needs a stair lift in their home or business.

Andrew answered the phone, made appointment and arrived on time. He was polite, respectful and he liked our dog. Completed the free estimate on the first appointment and installed the lift neatly and efficiently on the second appointment.

I live in Florida and my Mom lives up north in western Illinois, close to St. Louis. She is 91 and was desperately in need of help to get up her stairs. She is frail and was crawling up the stairs to get to bed and scooting down very slowly in the morning.. I called A. Hildebrandt Contracting after researching on Angie's List and spoke to the owner, Andrew. I explained my problem and he was more than accommodating to help me get the installation done as soon as possible. He explained the costs and the quality of the chairs and it was easy to tell that he had full knowledge of his product as well as being certified by the manufacturer of the chairs. As I was concerned with my Mom's petite size, that she might be too tiny and would fall out of the chair, I was assured that this would not be a problem and the chair can be installed to fit her size and needs. I called on a Tuesday and he was there the next day! All the reports that I received from the folks that were at my mom's to help oversee the installation were fantastic. Andrew did a marvelous job installing the chair..the installation went smoothly and took only about two hours. Mom is thrilled! I'm thrilled! It can be very scary setting up a contractual job for a family member and not being there to talk with the contractor directly or be there when the job is done. Trust is the most important factor. And I can say that I trust Andrew implicitly! You can too. If Mom needs anymore help for any disability needs, I will call Andrew. Thank you! Thank you!

A. Hildebrandt bid the same chair I found on the internet installed for $200 more than the Internet providers wanted for the chair without installation. I decided to get the lift right before Christmas, so I thought there was no way I could get a chair delivered Christmas week. The chair was in and working 12/27. A. Hildebrandt bid, order, and installed the chair in a timely fashion - 2 weeks from bid to installation. Andrew Hildebrandt and his coworker returned all calls promptly. They quietly and neatly installed the chair, trained my husband, my mom, and myself, and left our home spotless. I purchased what I needed and helped grow the local economy.
Side note - online sites said it would take the homeowner 3 to 4 hours to install. Andrew and his coworker do this all the time. It took them 3 hours to install the chair, and 20 minutes to train us.
