As soon as they received the money, everything started to change. The proposal was different than what they were telling me. They said that they would tuckpoint the building in the spots needed, but didn't tuckpoint the whole building like they said. They weren't responsive to my concerns. I had some water damage inside and I called him and he said that he knew exactly where that was, which means he knew that there was a problem and didn't address it. He said he would come out, but never did. He then stopped taking my calls and I haven't heard from him.
