It was a fair experience - can a broken heating system in November be any better, really? The workers were kind and helpful. Things were not exceedingly smooth, but mostly that was because of regulations from the home warranty company, not A1.

If I didn't detail enough in the previous area, let me say that the owner, Joe Halley, sat in his truck outside my house, while his worker tried (for the 5th time) to fix my unit. He never stopped in to see how things were going, he just spoke to the worker from inside his van, then left.
This is a company used by an incompetent home warranty group (BPG). That is they only way they stay in business. You get what you pay for. The home warranty was paid by the seller, if that tells you anything.

WE HANDLED APROX 200 CLAIMS IN 2011 FOR BPG WARRANTY CO WITH MANY,MANY SATISFIED CUSTOMERS. WE CAME ONTO THIS JOB AFTER ANOTHER SERVICE CO HAD TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO MAKE THE REPAIRS. After we started using the air conditioning this summer we found that is was a little too powerful for our air ducts, and they came back FREE of charge and fixed it for us.
