Do not believe statements about compatibility with Alexa or Smartthings. You can't control key features, like moving the blind. I have top-down/Bottom up blinds. The drivers for Smartthings and Amazon Alexa are unable to control top movement, only bottom. The support person I talked to did not know what “home automation” was, had no idea that the blinds could be controlled this way. She said this would require someone to come to my house. I agreed hoping at least I might get to talk to someone that has heard of “Alexa.” The repair person didn’t show. So there is still only a pretense of integration and I have no further ideas how to address it. I’ll have to use all 5 of my new blinds with their App for stand alone control only. Even a simple routine that closes the blinds and turns on a light is NOT possible. I’d have picked another company if I had known this in advance. Their product also does not connect to IFTTT either.

The quality and overall service was good. The consultant Christina was pleasant to work with. My big downside is that we were promised a $50 Amazon Gift Card, which never arrived despite following up. Sure, it's only $50 but if you promise something you should follow through.

Tried scheduling my appointment - the woman was rude and rushed- acted annoyed with me everytime I tried to ask a question. I ended up not using their services because of this. I would not recommend them.

They make this ridiculously easy. They come to you, you pick everything out in your own home, they come back and install. We just went through a renovation and this was beyond the easiest part of the whole project! But they are a little pricey.

From the consultation to delivery and installation, they did a great job. I was able to take advantage of one of their sales so the price was also great. I would use them again.

Their pricing is average. We had a problem with their responsiveness. I probably would not use them again. It wasn't three days; it was like two or three months. I never saw the rep after she gave and wrote up the order. The installers came twice but there was no contact in between. There was no communication in those three months from anybody. This was my only experience with them.

I was super frustrated with the installer and they had a very small list of installers in the area and he was like shady and incredibly irritating when I had spent thousands of dollars. I ordered from them, the product is great, but they had to sub installers that I had to work with. They recommend them. They give two choices of installers. They told me how much it would be. The blinds are quite good. The guy who showed up was middle aged, and he looked like the kind I didn't want to let in my house when my husband is not around. He did do a professional job, we had an issue with one of the 4 and the other 3 have held up. At the very end I asked if it was $65 or $75, and he said it was $75, then I checked again and it said $65. You could tell he was lying. The product was great, it was 5 star. It was pricey, but I think you get what you pay for. I called them later because I didn't like my choice, I wanted to upgrade it, and they were good about it and changed it. The actual blind people were great. I wouldn't use them again because of the installer. The installation work was fine, and has held up over time, but I did not get a sense of honest, and he pretended not to know of the agreed installation price. They should have more careful selection of recommended and chosen installers. I would tell a friend, that the quality is great, and great selection, but I would not use them again because of the installer.

I had a couple of issues, but they were taken care of. There was scratching on the blinds, and they had a new blind sent, and that one was damaged, so they did it again and that was fine. They were punctual. I would use them again.
