Owner Steve Crafton has lived in the Affton community since 1985 and with 13 years of pest control experience he is devoted to building his company based on customer satisfaction through personalized service. To keep pace with industry changes and improve our professional training we belong to the Greater St Louis Pest Control Association, Missouri Pest and National Pest Management Associations.

The technician was excellent. He not only treated the initial area where I had spotted the wasps but also identified & treated additional nesting sites.

He came out the next day and did a thorough job and came out a second time to put out more poison for the carpenter ants.

Awesome. Set up the perfect trap. Caught the raccoon on day 1. Advised me of the cost of putting a wire cover over the space the raccoon entered but also told me exactly how to do it myself so I could save about $200. Great guy, great service.

Steve was great and a real pleasure to meet. I was needing a preventive spray for bugs before the heat gets here. He will be coming a couple more times in the year. He was very meticulous and sprayed the inside. Then went outside and used a different chemical. None can hurt your dogs, children or yourself if you were to breathe it in. He put on his plastic footies over his shoes when he was inside. He was careful and neat. I liked his honesty and him overall. I trust him and that's huge to me. I'll know more and will follow up after I see if no bugs come around. Right now, I think the job was thorough and well done. Thanks Steve.

Steve is a one-man army and a pure professional. I would highly recommend his services since he is one of the very best. I hired him to get rid of a bunch of wasps earlier and immediately thought of him when a raccoon took up residence in my chimney. He was able to spot the raccoon hiding in my chimney and went up on the roof and set a trap for him. He told me we might catch it right away or it might take a while. At about 4:00 a.m. the next morning, I heard a lot of commotion on my roof and was happy to see that he trapped the raccoon the very first night. I have a very large, oversized chimney and needed to have a chimney cover custom designed because of the huge size. The chimney cover prevents animals from getting in while still enabling you to use your fireplaces, etc. I did not include that cost here because obviously that money went to the cover maker, not Steve. What was very challenging about fixing the chimney was that it had huge ceramic covers on it that had to be removed. The price I listed here covers the actual trapping and removing of the animal. Steve brought special equipment and chiseled them off them expertly. I later discovered they weighed about 60 lbs. each. Somehow, he managed to climb down the roof and carry these enormous things down with him. He also hauled them away for me. The new cover greatly improves the appearance of the house. I'm very happy with 24/7 Animal and Pest Control. There is never any kind of pressure. Steve does not try to talk you into anything you don't need, he just does what is needed and does it exactly the way it should be. He is extremely nice and easy to get along with.

Quite a few wasps suddenly took up residence in my vinyl fence posts and I was afraid someone would be stung by them, particularly the neighbor's kids who usually play next to the fence. Steve showed up a few hours after I called which was great. One of my big concerns was that a person would not be adequately protected and would get stung because the wasps were numerous. But in 90 degree heat, Steve put on what looked like the beekeeper suit that my grandfather used to wear so I wasn't worried about him getting stung. He went around the entire perimeter of the yard and found wasps I hadn't even noticed and eliminated them. He also inspected the perimeter of the house and found one wasp nest. He promptly took care of everything, and now 6 days later, I haven't seen any wasps at all. He's a very nice, polite guy and a pleasure to deal with. He has a well stocked truck with all the gear needed to eliminate a variety of pests. I would recommend 24-7 pest control without hesitation.

I still use him. He's done ants, spiders, squirrels, raccoons. He's really cheap and he's quick getting down here if you have a problem. We are on first name basis. I had a mouse and he told me how to deal with it myself if I get a mouse again.

I called 24-7 Animal & Pest Control after my wife was stung by yellow jackets. I used this company the year before with excellent results at my previous home. Steve came out the next morning with his bee suit, shovel and poison. He dug out the yellow jacket nest while spraying the wasps and applying a powder. He then went the extra mile and walked around my large yard (A few acres) on a hot day, in a bee suit, checking for other nests. Another was found under my deck and he promptly exterminated the yellow jackets there as well. The owner Steve Crafton is a nice guy and does great work at a fair price. I highly recommend him for pest control.

Steve was very professional. We were wanting to get our house sprayed before we had our new baby daughter, but she decided to come early and on the day we had scheduled with Steve. I called him hours before our scheduled appointment and he had no problem letting us reschedule at a later date. We set up a later date about a week later. He arrived on time and was very considerate of my wife while she was trying to take care of the baby. He was very knowledgeable and explained reasons we might be having issues with certain pests. Will be using him for years to come.

The technician arrived on time and went straight to work. Steve removed the nest and killed off the hornets and cleaned up nicely when he was finished. Steve is a real nice guy, professional and easy to work with. I wiil be sure to call on 24-7 Animal & Pest Control in the future for all my pest control needs.

Steve is an extremely professional and nice person to work with. He responded to all of my questions and gave me a good idea of where to look for potential problems in the future. Steve had all the equipment I would expect for a professional and seemed very knowledgeable and experienced. He knew what to look for, explained what he was finding, fixed the problem, and didn't over charge for the service. I also appreciated the responsiveness to my call. We scheduled an appointment for the day after I called, and Steve worked around my schedule.
