I discovered a bulge on my tire wall and called Todd, who told me to come in immediately, even though it was around 4 pm. He ordered the tire and replaced it first thing the next morning, because I was heading out of town. Everyone at his shop is so courteous (even the dogs) :). I've used Todd's Tires for a number of years b/c my tires are very difficult to find without driving to KC. They switched me to a less expensive and more durable brand than I'd been using and have stayed with them ever since. For tire and related services, I wouldn't use anyone else!
The service was finished within an hour and I was back on the road. The only gripe I did have, and not a serious gripe, was that I had to fill out and send all the paperwork for the rebate. But no big deal.
