The brakes on my car were squeaking and needed serviced. I also needed an oil change and tire rotation. Tires Plus called me once they had the tires off the car and inpected the brakes. They gave me a few options to think about. First, the brakes are worn, but still had a little life (6 months max) and I did not have to replace right away. Second, just replace the pads, since they were a little more worn than the rotors, and that would stop the squeaking also. Third, replace both pads and rotors which would fix everything, and last another 30,000 miles of normal driving.
What I liked was that he never pressured me to pick a choice, just wanted to make sure I was informed for my decision. He also offered a discount on the oil change when I chose option 3.
I would go back again.

I like to go to Tires Plus in St. Joseph for tires because they always find a way to take care of me. In November, I purchased 4 tires and even though I was on a budget, they took the time to find me the right tire for all season in my price range. I appreciate all they do for their clients.
