The alterations were performed well. The changing rooms were filthy and didn't provide much privacy (they look like voting booths). When I picked up my slacks, they hadn't been pressed and were simply rolled up in a plastic trash bag. They do not accept checks or credit cards. Only cash. Probably would not use again due to the filth.

We dropped off the dress early in the month and were told to pick up the finished dress on 4/19/13. I had to go back the next day as the owner did not put all the alterations needed on the order slip thus raising the price. We went to pick up the dress on 4/21/13 and it was still "apart at the seams" literally. After a little panic, we understood that she needed to make sure she had taken the sides in enough. She had the dress ready the next day.

I always put the clothing on and have her take a look at what I would like to have altered. Unfortunately, the changing room is a little informal for me, and may be too informal for others. Once I return to retrieve my clothing, I again change into the altered clothing to check fit and I've always been very satisfied. You should also be aware that customers must pay up-front. This was disheartening at first, but I now trust her craftsmanship and don't mind.
