I use them all the time because I have some rental properties. They have done a good job. I never had any issues. The service was fine. I have not checked their price for a while. They were the most reasonable when I initially put in the equipment, but that has been a number of years back. I have had some problems with the equipment, but I do not know if they sell multiple lines of equipment and I happen to get the cheaper equipment or what not.

This did not and continues to not go well.
First, we've been told a 92% efficency unit should never be placed in an attic.
Sharp had never installed one before (which he told us afterward) and hasn't and still does not work well. It does not cool well enough to keep the upstairs cool in the summer and can't heat the house in the winter. Also, in the winter, it would freeze up and quit. The solution was to put a vent in the attic. We assumed it was a small sort of vent to keep it from freeze.
No, he put in a full 12x4 house vent up there. So, to keep our heater running, we also have to heat our entire attic so the unit will not freeze.
Even though this unit is practically new, we are going to pay 5000+ again to have it ripped out and another unit put in. All this because Sharp had never installed one before and didn't know you are not supposed to put a 92% efficency furnace in the attic.
If I had a generic 80% efficency unit, I would be ok with using Sharp, but anything higher-end or new technology, I'd go with a bigger company that had more experience.
Basically, we tried to save a little money going with the cheapest company and will end up doing it twice and paying more than double to heat and cool our upstairs. Not good.
