The generic contractor was horrible. My guess is that with Sears on the verge of bankruptcy, they contract with the cheapest contractor possible. This guy didn't really know anything about appliances, and really didn't care. He treated us like we were a nuisance.
The refridgerator was not made in America and you can kind of tell Kenmore is not the brand it used to be. There are places that you can see where some 10 cent per hour Chinaman forced insulation into holes. It does work, but I would not buy from Sears or allow that contractor in my home again.
