Roger Gascoigne, who is very talented, a Certified Electrician and can do about any job was hired to paint a garage for us. He had worked for us on and off for 18 years so we thought we could trust him. He is very personable so we trusted to pay him in full up front for a job. Unfortunately he never completed the job once he got the money. We took him to court and won the judgment but still can not get the money from him. He has changed jobs and we have since learned that he owes a number of people and collectors. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON!
