Not well, I had a home listed with the intention of down sizing, being very open that I would not sale unless I found a home to buy. They want you to move out regardless if you have a offer, whether you rent or whatever. They don't want you to look at homes that are a little over your price because they don't want you to offer less, even though supposedly they say its a buyers market. They have comments about the other realtors and companies that the house is listed with..Then, when you decide to make a counter offer, they belittle you and tell you their opinions which are not their concerns. They down what you can afford and get very unprofessional.
