Each time I called, they promptly responded and scheduled the work in a very reasonable time. In the instance of the meter pulling away from the house, which was a more urgent matter, they coordinated with KCP&L and got the work done within the next business day. Their work is professional and good quality. Their prices are also quite reasonable.
