In the process, my $1500 60" LED Smart TV was damaged. There was a large crack in the left lower corner of the tv. Movers said they had placed the tv between my box spring and mattress. Is this a proper way to move a $1500 tv?
Theresa, the owner, instructed me to make a claim. I did and she informed that because the tv weighed 45 lbs I would be awarded $.60 per pound based on the contract I had signed. That's $27.00.
This company does not take responsibility for their carelessness and are not concerned about the well being of their customers. Now I have to buy a whole new tv due to the neglect of the movers. This company is more concerned about making money than making the ethical decision.
