They approach you with promises of fast and wonderful service at a very fair price. The roofing project was wonderful, but the siding project was a nightmare. The person that sells the job is supposed to manage the project, but as soon as the work begins he is gone looking for the next customer and only comes back when it is time to collect money. I had to oversee the entire project and get supplies and direct the workers because the "manager" was never on site. Then they promised to return to finish a few minor workmanship issues, but they won't return phone calls or send anyone out. Seems like I was always stuck in the middle of the workers and the company not paying them in a timely manner. NOT PROFESSIONAL and NOT helpful after the final payment. They are always focused on the next storm to chase, not the job at hand. Use a local company and someone you can find if you need to.
