Roof was leaking off and on for about 21/2 to 3 years. They sent one guy last fall who is no longer with the company. He told us there were a lot of nails exposed on roof and that the wood underneath the area leaking was spungy form not being nailed down to rafter. Now it is leaking a lot more often they have not responded to our calls for them to come back and see what's wrong with it. Very unperfitional..

They were timely. They re-roofed the entire house in one day. They were neat and clean around our house. They made an effort to avoid destroying my flowers. They cleaned all debris out of the yard. We had some questions about the roof and they corrected that in a matter of one day. All of our expectations were met.

This company put a roof on around 12 years ago and did an amazing job, with the storms over the years and this ungodly tree hanging over my roof, I had two leaks form. I called a few times and no one answered finally talked to someone and they had told me basically they where to busy to get out there anytime soon kind of unprofessional. But then like a week later I called and I had talked to another gentlemen who was completely nice and not even a few days after I called that last time two gentlemen who do their repairs came out THAT week Matt and Mike or Nick not sure what his name was but they where wonderful A. I stood out there and watched him from start to finish "basically" while Matt and I talked about the growth of their business and how he was branching off to start making his own name in the industry but still stay under the same name, which I thought was awesome that the company would support him cause I think he'll go far. B. while I was inside Matt went around my house reattaching all these pieces to my gutter downspouts plus that other guy cleaned out all my gutters, Matt fixed my fence door and trimmed a few branches off of a tree that was to high for me to reach. BTW non of that extra stuff was in the bid. After they where done mike or nick explained to me in detail the work he done and showed me every tool and product he used. Overall I would recommend this company again because of those guys So impressed by Matt's professionalism and that other guys knowledge. I will be calling back and referring them to everyone I know

They are top notch contractors and I would refer them to anyone. Tim and Mike are great and the employees were very clean and did fantastic.

Everything went very well from start to finish with the roof. I feel like the roofers did a fast and reliable job and I've had no issues with the roof. However, their gutter crew does need some help. My gutters did not drain well and one section blew off during the next wind storm. I did call and they came back after a couple of weeks and re-attached the gutters but it was obvious the gutters would not drain to the downspout. The same section of gutter blew loose again so I simply did the repair myself and it now is firmly attached and drains properly. I would recommend this company again for roofing but not for guttering jobs.

They're amazing. I'm picky and perfection is important to us. Anything I asked for I got. I gotta say these guys were on it. Jerry and I are both pleased at the results. Thank You Guys.Marian

Went great from start to finish

Although the workmen cleaned up well after themselves daily, a piece of guttering was damaged. The owner duly reported it to us and promised to have it replaced in a week. Over two months passed and my husband started calling on a daily basis but the company wouldn't return our calls. Finally, someone answered and said it was on the schedule to be replaced. It was finally done. Although we have no complaints about the work, the lack of responsiveness and punctuality is a concern.

The overall experience was excellent. The company was called and the estimator showed us as scheduled the following morning. The contract for the work was signed to begin the following day and the following morning the crew arrived, as scheduled, and begin work immediately. All workers seemed competent and new their respective jobs. By the following afternoon the roof had been stripped and replaced. Clean-up was excellent and all old materials removed. Cost was as bid, the work was performed as promised and completed within 36 hours. We would recommend this company to anyone.

was looking a hiring this company to do other work for me. it took well over a month to get any kind of numbers from them. when i questioned the numbers they sent me a message and said that all figures were inflated. they did put my windows in for me and they done a s***** job on them. the guys he has working for them took it upon them self to use my tools as to bring tool with them. their reason was that my tools were better than anything they had. (i have my tools for a reason, for my use and my use only unless someone ask me if they can use them). overall! i would not recommend this company unless you totaly want screwed over.















as to your response! I didn't change anything as to what I was needing done! I made it clear the first time we talked! and you put a flunky on the job to come over and give me numbers! and his sorry as didn't do as to what you wanted him to do! and I also made several attempts to get numbers from him and he didn't come through. and just like the deal with getting my keys back. I asked several times for them and you refused to give them back! then once I was ready to take your a** to court, is the only time you attempted to return them!







but like i stated on a roof, you done a great job, and on more than one roof that I've seen! actually on several houses I've seen the roof looks great and i would recommend you for any roof! but as far as any other work! sorry i wouldn't recommend you! and as far a windows- there was only 2 windows that were an issue! and not sure why they were and it wasn't because of what i ordered. if i'm not mistaken it was do to your guys not doing as i requested!

I was very pleased with their work. We caught them between jobs so we were able to get it done quickly and at a good price.

Improper ventilation. Leaking less then a year later causing the ceiling to fall in. Repeated calls to Mike Rose finally brought someone out twice to throw up some cheap flashing and CAULK around possible leaking spots. That didn't fix anything and just lead to mold buildup. More calls and getting an attorney involved finally lead to Mike Rose can terminate any contract/warranty he writes leaving the home owner with a brand new roof that needs to be replaced and out whatever amount of money has already been paid. Mike Rose will underbid ANYONE to get the job, but don't trust him to do a good job or stand behind the work that is performed. My repair bills are still coming in from getting the roof fixed.
When it comes to the roof on your home, look for someone more reliable. It's frustrating to have a brand new roof leak when a storm comes in.

The bid was reasonable, crew showed up on time. THe first problem came when the contractor didn't tear out the vertical battons. Mike talked me out of replacing them, saying they can fit the new underlayment tight against the vertical battons and. that it would be better overall. I had to leave to go back to work in Kansas City when the job was about 75% done. Immediately after the job was finished she had a leak in the living room and the garage. My Mother had just had the whole interior repainted. Mike came out and did a temporary fix where he thought the problem was and layed newspaper in the attic to try and see where the leak was coming from if his temp fix didn't do it and would be back for the garage leak. The garage still leaks badly, where they rebuilt the valley. He has never come back, even after repeated calls. A few months later I saw a few broken tile from painters walking on the roof, so I went up to replace them. When I pulled them up I found that the Mike Rose workers had not removed the HORIZONTAL battons from the part of the job I didn't watch get done when I went back to work. This was about 25% of the roof. There are pockets of water held at every horizontal batton because of this along every row of tile. There are leaks every time it rains on the ceiling below. A new leak has sprung up in the master bedroom. I looked to see what it's from and the underlayment puntured where they didn't "fit" it close to the vertical battons from the weight of the tile. I have a written 7 year guarantee that isn't worth anything. I have contacted Mike Rose repeatedly. He begged for time initially, but then just stopped returning my calls and emails. I've tried to contact him more than 15 times via phone and email. I was in St Joe last week and saw one of his trucks. I flagged them down last week when I was in St. Joseph and it was his son who was downright nasty to me, but said his Dad would call me. He never did. Do not use these people. I know of two other customers who are very upset with shoddy work and refusal to make good. This guy is 100% bad news. My Mother is out several thousand dollars, and has more roof leaks than before they started. We are considering hiring a lawyer to sue this guy to help pay for the re-work we have to do, including lots of internal ceiling repair and repainting.
