I've used Kruse's for several years. I don't know that their rates are the best, BUT they are very professional, friendly, punctual, and give you a realistic idea about possible problems (e.g. they tell you if you could just do it yourself or if it can wait until later as opposed to scaring you into work you don't really need done right away). I've also used their courtesy shuttle service - very handy and they've always been happy to offer the service.

Great! Kruse's has a convenient shuttle service that will take you to work when you drop off the car. They are very helpful and friendly - they even called the dealership to check what kind of oil we needed in the car. When the car is ready (usually quick service), they call and come pick you up. Good price, great service.
