He opened up the old wood soffetts for better attic ventillation, installed new aluminum soffet and fascia making sure there
was good ventilation all around the house into the attic. He stabelized the rain gutters saving me the cost of new ones; the other bids were going to tear off the 5 yr. old gutters and replace them. He was neat and cleanup was excellent. He does not advertise
but, rather gets his jobs on referrals.

I called him from a personal referral. He called back promptly, inspected the job and gave his bid(the lowest)
The surprise was his ability to replace the fascia cladding w/o tearing down the drain gutters-all other bids(2)
wanted to tear down and replace the guttering at an additional $2000. He was 2 weeks late starting the job
due to aluminum materials back ordered from the supplier, otherwise he was prompt, showed up daily until
the job was completed. Clean up was excellent. He works alone except on days he needs additional help he
brings with him only on the days he needs them(all experienced retired workers). The entire job took 9 days.
I am so pleased with his work I will have him back for new door replacements as well as handyman jobs
during inside snowy days.
