The whole processs went very smoothly. I would recommend HK to any of my friends and family. They came out and found the problem with my old unit. Dwight the technician was great, he was always polite and courteous! Dwight showed true professionalism. Dwight even came out on a Saturday to make sure our unit was Still working! We then decided to replace our old unit with one that was more energy efficient! Dwight gave us several options and helped us with financing! I was truely satisfied with the quality and care that I recieved from the technicians and installers! Kudos to HK!
