He showed up after I called saying that my blower wouldn't shut off. After an hour or so of working on the furnace, he came up and told me I needed a new controller. After installing the new controller the furnace would run off and on repeatedly until the thermostat would finally be satisfied. In short order the new controller went out again and he replaced it again. Same thing. I tried calling but no answer. So finally a few days ago the controller goes out again and I call another repair service. They informed me that not only did he install the wrong controller, the original problem was caused by condensation dripping all over the old one which shorted it out. There is no way that Harris could have missed this. I took photos of the old controller and there's corrosion all over it. Harris charged me 150 dollars and the new repairs cost me 325.
