No appointment, I walked in for oil change, quick reception, long wait which didnt seem adequate considering only one other customer and multiple stalls/techs. Pricey. Not overly friendly or appreciative seeming. Later in day discovered oil leaking and discovered due to faulty seal. Called to imform them however he didnt accept respomsibility or offer to look at it amd make right. I was repeat customer because of previous good experiences, but havent and will probably not return.
