Terrible. Do not use this guy. Sued me for reimbursement for a bill "I" paid, not him. Unprofessional and cost me money by making another contractor wait for him to get the job done. The worst of the worst!!!!!

I called sometime in the morning with a leaking pipe where water was spewing everywhere under my sink. This was a big problem for me and I'm a renter but my landlord wouldn't fix it. So I agreed to just pay for it so I could actually have water since I had to shut it off so it didn't flood my kitchen. The woman on the phone wasn't knowledgable at all, even about where he was. She just told me she would give him my number and he would call me back in a little bit. I waited four hours before I finally had to call someone else. I did end up getting a phone call back from him the next day. In my opinion this is very unprofessional and not a very good way to do business. I told the woman on the phone what was happening and that I was going without water until I could get it fixed so you would think that she would have called and told him that. So responsiveness was nonexistent in this case and they clearly don't care about customers.

They replaced everything that I wanted and did an excellant job cleaning up after the job was completed.

It went very well. He was prompt, he was courteous, and he is just a good guy. I got two bids and his price was very fair.
