 + -1 moreThe employees are helpful and courteous and seem to go the extra mile to help their customers. They do get very busy at various times of the day and some days of the week (Especially Saturday) so do allow for this during a visit to the store. Although things get very busy and at times seem a bit unorganized, they are very customer oriented.
Description of Work: Was shopping around for a new lawn mower and ended up purchasing a Cub Cadet mower from Big 4 Hardware. Had a minor issue with the mower about 2 weeks after purchase and they took it right in and even gave me a loaner mower while mine was being repaired. The repair was complete in only a few days and was covered under the 3 year warranty with no additional cost to me.
