The price was good. On their first appointment they did not call me, so I had to reschedule again and they showed up the next morning.

He couldn't find out what was going on. He ran a wire from the basement to the bedroom and he burned my phone cord, so he had to come back. He had to drill a hole through my family room and drilled through a wooden beam. He worked over a week, and it turns out it was the plug in the hall, which I thought it might be. He stated he was a trainee, and he did a lot of work that wasn't needed. He didn't charge me for the week, but it wasn't my fault he had to work that long.

Called and got an appointment for the next day.
The technician was very qualified and did a great job.
We had 4 exterior security lights installed around our residence. One had to be wired in, because I wanted it where no lights have ever been before, which I thought might be an issue. The guy did it with no problems at all.
All the lights work great and I would use Action Electric again.
