First time they came out they had the wrong part saying that the wrong part was sent.

It went so well. He came at 7a both times so, I would not have to miss any of my work day. None of this we will be to your place between 8a & 5p nonsense. He first came on Thursday morning to diagnose the problem. He ordered the part that day. It came the following Monday and he was back at my place the following morning to install it. In and out in about 20 minutes. Friendly, professional & courteous. He will be my go to guy for any other appliance repairs.

Just a one time $50 service charge, no following charges....just the cost of the part. The service charge was the most reasonable I could find.......

he did a very professional job. cleaned up after his work. Delivered the part in the time promised.

Richard was prompt - even calling ahead when was able to come an hour early. Of the three services I called, he could come out first and charged less than the others.
I highly recommend AAA Appliance Repair.

We had AAA service our Gas Dryer. The first time he came out, he examined the dryer and told us that the part we needed was no longer available as the dryer was "too old." We at that point began looking for a replacement Gas Dryer. We called AAA back out once we replaced the od dryer with a "newer" one and he replaced the timer. It now works flawlessly. He did not charge us a second visit charge, only the amount of the part and the labor to replace. He was more than fair and came out promptly and did a great job.

They worked around my schedule, when I wanted the work done and when I was available for them to come to my home.

Richard was prompt and right to work on the problem at hand. He explained the problem and had it fix with in the hour.
The price was more than fair; that was parts and labor. No mess was left to be cleaned,like that.
