Huffman Lawn & Landscaping

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by HUFFMAN LAWN AND LDSCPG LLC. As a tenant, I rely on them for routine maintenance, but their negligence has caused significant damage to my property. One of their workers cut a wire to my expensive Hue outdoor lights and instead of properly fixing it, they used electrical nuts and promised to return later to tape it up. It took them weeks to come back, and by then, the system had already shorted, resulting in water damage and ruining two of my lights. In an effort to resolve the issue, I contacted the company and made a warranty claim on the lights, hoping they would replace them and install the new ones. This seemed like a fair solution since it was their mistake that caused the damage. However, after several weeks of waiting, the owner of the company refused to install the new lights. Not only did they demonstrate a lack of responsibility and professionalism, but they also used electrical tape to patch up a high-end lighting system, which not only looks unsightly but will likely cause further damage in the future. I strongly advise against using HUFFMAN LAWN AND LDSCPG LLC for any landscaping or maintenance needs. Their disregard for quality workmanship and refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes is unacceptable. I will be pursuing other avenues to address this issue and ensure that others are aware of their incompetence.

They were here on time, very very professional. When I first went to their nursery to check on their trees, I also wanted a couple of hanging plants. The lady working there told me that the ones I wanted to buy would not bloom next year--but the price was so reasonable that I couldn't resist. This is a professional nursery and I trust them explicity and I am giving them a
triple AAAA  (Maybe these people are 'new' owners as everybody I've talked to here also highly recommend them)?? Maybe 'new owners' as of last year? I don't know as I had never hired them before last fall.

I cannot brag about them enough. They were responsive and I was very impressed with their work. Their prices were competitive with the big box stores as well.

He misquoted price and charged for days, no work was done.
Did not cut on scheduled set up.
Quality of cuts were poor at best.
When questioned, he lied about the quote and dates cut.
Fired him on 6/2/2011.
