I needed a drop test done and set the appointment. On the day of the appointment, driving to my address, they called me and said they don't do drop tests. About a month later I called for a septic tank cleaning and scheduled the appointment for a time in the late afternoon. Early that day I called them to confirm the time. Secretary said there wasn't a time set, that he would be there any time that day, she couldn't tell me when. (?) Luckily, I was home when he arrived in the morning as I needed information about our tank. [Oddly, King Septic did the same thing with scheduling a time, then not showing up at the scheduled time-King's secretary said the time was only an estimate (???)] Show Me Soils cleaned the tank and four days later we haven't had any issues. The technician did explain some things and that was helpful.

Chris was very helpful and uncovered a major problem with the septic system. He went above and beyond to help us prove to the seller the issues and we ended up getting the sellers to put in a new system.
