 + -1 moreRick had put roof on a rental house we had in Robertsville Mo. We have a home in Elsberry, 100 miles north. I asked if he would provide estimate on it. He drove up, provided estimate which was well below all others I had received. Agreed to bid and he started on the roof in less than a week. Stripped two old layers off, replaced some bad decking, put vents in roof, flashed chimney and cleaned up everything. Put a heat on roof on the back porch (nearly flat) and did an exceptional job. Highly recommend.
Description of Work: Removed 2 old layers, repaired bad spots in decking, added vents and flashing around chimney

 + -1 moreExcellent. Timely and responsive, scheduled dumpster drop and pickup. Replaced vent caps and installed turtle vents as requested. Best price by far of all estimates and came in on the money. Would highly recommend if you need roofing done. Went above and beyond, excellent job cleaning up and end results look terrific.
Description of Work: strip 2 old layer roof, and re-roof with 25 year 3 tab. install roof vents.
