+ -1 moreI have an old Brother portable sewing machine I received from my grandmother 45 years ago. The sewing wheel would not turn. They fixed it and cleaned it and I just used it and it works like new! I was soooo happy they could preserve the old girl.
Description of Work: Cleaned, oiled, and repaired sewing machine.

+ -1 moreI elected not to pay for them to do the work. I actually fixed the problem with the broken part myself with a small screwdriver and took it to another place to have the needle threader fixed for only $11.
Description of Work: I wanted a quote to to have my threader repaired. Also a part had broken off of my machine. They said they would have to take the whole machine apart&didn't know the cost but thought it would be a few hundred dollars.

+ -1 moreI took it in the end of November and when I took it in, he had a lot of sewing machine repaired. The gentleman must have got to fixing it right away and I got it back in less than 2 weeks. I was then able to go get my Christmas sewing done. Overall, they were very cordial and I was really happy with the service.
Description of Work: I was sewing heavy denim and my sewing machine broke. They repaired the broken gears and they also serviced it.
