They got the work done about a week earlier than expected! Everything was completed as promised...

This experience was excellent. He started the work while he was there. In two hours he ran a dedicated circuit line to the microwave. He had to drill through many floor joists and fish a new wire through the wall. He completed the project in less than 3 hours. Problem solved. Price was right. He was a nice guy and new exactly what he was doing. I have a few other things I need done and definitely will use them again.

This is the third or fourth time we have asked Wibracht to do wiring or repairs in our home and no matter the technician they get started on the job and work like they are on a mission.  They are neat and tidy.  All have been very friendly.

From the initial phone call to the completion of work, the service was excellent.  I know its hard to give an estimate over the phone, but the final price was very close to what was projected.  The Electrician was on time, quickly assessed what we needed and got right to work.  If we ever needed to have any more electrical work performed, we would definately call them again.

Reviewed needed service and Joe.  He very quickly repaired inoperable receptacle's and switches.
The new GFI required conduit to be placed 12" below ground.  Joe had to dig a trench that was 12 feet by 12" deep then run all necessary wiring and install GFI and receptacle.
I have used Wibracht previously and am impressed with the personnel from the office to the service.  The truck has everything necessary for the work required.  Everything is done quickly and efficiently.

Getting the initial appointment set up was a bit of a chore; they aren't terribly responsive getting the appointment set up. But once we got the appointment set up, it was smooth sailing. Their electrician that came out was prompt, courteous, clean, and quite frankly busted his butt on the job. Absolute definition of professional. The work was marvelous - you would never know that the room didn't have a ceiling fan and double light switch before. Blends in beautifully. And he was able to quickly diagnose the faulty outlets.

Called and sent email with picture of loose electric meter on side of house.  They said that Bruce would look at pic and they would get back to me so date could be scheduled to fix.  I did not hear from them for a week or more so sent an email asking if they were interested in doing the work or not.  A few days later I received a call to schedule the appointment.  They showed up on time and fixed it within a 1/2 hour.

I have had work done before by Wibracht and they did an excellent job.  However on this occasion I found them unresponsive in getting back to me in a timely manner.

The electrician arrived promptly and worked all day. He worked hard with only a short lunch break. He was courteous and professional as well as neat and tidy. I was extremely pleased and very impressed with the service and the electrician. I can't recommend this company enough and will use them for any future electrical work I might have.

Bruce Wibracht was difficult to get in touch with but once he came out to give an estimate things went pretty well. He provided a budget as opposed to a fixed estimate because of the difficulty of knowing what you will find until you actually begin the work. He offered some suggestions for lighting that we found great ideas. He apologized for not getting back to us with some information he was to provide and was very sincere. I respected his honesty. Dan, the electrician who did the work may be the hardest working individual we have ever had out to do any work at our home. He did an outstanding job fishing walls and ceilings that were a real challenge. He cleaned up, was courteous and friendly and simply went about his work. Wibracht Electric's work was exceptional and the price was fair.

THEY WERE ON TIME AND THE WORK WENT FASTER THAN WE HAD ANTICIPATED. THEY HAD COORDINATED THE ARRIVAL OF BOTH AMERENUE AND THE CITY INSPECTOR SO THERE WAS NO LOSS OF TIME. I WAS MORE THAN HAPPY WITH THE COST AND PROFESSIONALISM OF THE MEN WORKING IN THE HOUSE.
