It took him 20 minutes to get 8 pieces ranging from 100 to 300 lbs moved out. The equipment and my floors were well protected and handled with care. Again, way beyond my expectations.
All in all they did a great job, quickly and for a more than fair price. I intend to call them again and would recommend them highly!
"Unfortunately, this customer neglected to mention anything about the service he received during the 6 hours it took us to move his mother - he has only highlighted the items, i.e. lamps, lamp shades, TV, etc. that had not been packed as required to be safely moved. We apologize for the screen door being left unhooked and had we been informed we would have recitified this oversight. The other comments this person has made have been taken out of context of the entire move and we hope that Angie's List members who research Angie's List businesses will take into account that this is the first and only negative review we have received in over 14 years in service to St. Louis' (and vicinity) residents. The Better Business Bureau can also substaniate our commitment to providing the best and friendliest services that we possibly can. FYI Everyone: Weeklong Movers was nominated by one of our customers for a BBB "Torch Award" for our exemplary service!!!"
