Wonderful! Jimmy and his men did an exemplary job and I have used them since to move items not a complete household. Never one complaint. These guys work hard and do great work! I am using them again in a few months. !!

I needed some help moving some heavy woodworking & gym equipment out of my basement and into my garage.  I called Jimmy and they were out here the very next day to help, which was way beyond my expectations.

It took him 20 minutes to get 8 pieces ranging from 100 to 300 lbs moved out.  The equipment and my floors were well protected and handled with care.  Again, way beyond my expectations.

All in all they did a great job, quickly and for a more than fair price.  I intend to call them again and would recommend them highly!

I have nothing but praise for this company!  I had a complicated move: 2 storage lockers, one apartment and some items from a house all being picked up and moved to single location.  To further complicate matters, we had to change our scheduled move date several times.  Jimmy gave me a reasonable estimate and worked with me to schedule the move.  They showed up on time, followed through (picking up items from 4 separate locations) and I was very impressed by how fast these guys worked!  That is not to say that they were careless because they were very careful and conscientious.  I guess I had failed to let Jimmy know that among the things I had to move was a kiln.  He didn't ask me to pay extra for this, but I did anyway.  After all, he had dealt with me honestly and fairly and I figured it was the right thing to do.  Based on my experience, you can't go wrong doing business with this company.  To Jimmy and the rest of the guys:  MANY THANKS AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

He come on Tuesday, a day early , to get the items he wanted, because it  "was going to rain on Wednesday".  He came and took the items he wanted.  On Wednesday he came to take the rest of the items for my mom's move.  He didn't take lamps, a TV, dehumidifer, and other household items.  He was called back and picked up the TV and humidifier.  The lamps and kitchen items were still left at her house.  When he brought the items into the new location, he unlatched the storm door and didn't fix it when he left.  She is too short to reach it.  He also charged her an extra $50 to move a buffet cabinet that he didn't want.  It was an item, that could have been moved to the curb. All in all it was an expensive, stressful, and unprofessional experience for my mother.  I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Response from WEEKLONG MOVERS
"Unfortunately, this customer neglected to mention anything about the service he received during the 6 hours it took us to move his mother - he has only highlighted the items, i.e. lamps, lamp shades, TV, etc. that had not been packed as required to be safely moved. We apologize for the screen door being left unhooked and had we been informed we would have recitified this oversight. The other comments this person has made have been taken out of context of the entire move and we hope that Angie's List members who research Angie's List businesses will take into account that this is the first and only negative review we have received in over 14 years in service to St. Louis' (and vicinity) residents. The Better Business Bureau can also substaniate our commitment to providing the best and friendliest services that we possibly can. FYI Everyone: Weeklong Movers was nominated by one of our customers for a BBB "Torch Award" for our exemplary service!!!"

The experience was a good one. I found their name on the Angie's list, and that is why I called them. Two guys came, a little early, which was fine. They were personable and made sure to protect the wood floors and railings. The wall unit they moved up the stairs was extremely heavy. I could hear them say several times to stop and wait a moment. But they got it up the stairs, around a corner and into the room, while being careful of the lighting. I thought $135 for the job was a bit much, but they did a great job and were very careful. I didn't call anyone else to get an estimate, so I had no idea if that was a good price or not. But, I can say the experience was a good one, and the job is done!

They were reasonable and they were local. The employees were very nice and they came on time. We liked them personally. They did more than they said they were going to do.

Called to get an estimate and schedule a date. Estimated was VERY reasonable. They were able to accommodate doing the job on the weekend. Arrived on time, work was completed in less than an hour and everything was handled VERY carefully.

Jimmy Fletcher and his helper were work demons - these guys have been at the moving game for many years and it shows in their professionalism. Even though it is just 2 guys, they moved faster than 4 guys I had in the past who insisted on only placing 2 boxes at a time on a dolly. Maybe cause I paid those 4 by the hour who took forever. Jimmy and his buddy not only worked non-stop and fast, but were careful and knew how to move stuff without breaking anythings. They padded everything in the truck, used wall ties as well to keep stuff from sliding around inside the truck. When we got to the final destination I asked if they would do just one more thing for me - move an electric stove out of an upstairs closet down 2 flights of stairs to a basement. They did it willingly and quickly. Oh, and these guys are really strong too boot - which they should be.

He is pretty reasonable in price. He works seven days a week and will move you any time. He is a very good worker, who will get out to you in a maximum of two or three days. He is serious about getting your business.
